The Malone Community Center

The Malone Community Center is a new three-story building approximately 53,000 sf total in size.  The building includes a gymnasium/gathering space, office, education rooms, and related support spaces. The building uses a combination of insulated precast concrete wall panels and braced frames that are part of the structural steel system.  The cantilevers over the main entrance utilize diagonal tension braces buried in interior walls.
