Newburg Building – Lacrosse, WI

Originally built in 1888, the Newburg Building functioned as a men's clothing store until 1986.  This project revitalized the vacant building into much needed commercial/retail space on the main level and vibrant apartments on the second level.  Additionally, a roof-top deck was added and the front facade was refurbished to reflect original designs from historic photographs.
