Michael D. Eisenbarth, P.E., S.E.
Michael Eisenbarth, P.E., S.E. joined the R. O. Youker team in 1992 and now serves as the President and Principal Engineer of the firm. Mike’s experience encompasses over 30 years in structural design. His accumulated experience in historic preservation, forensic investigations, and designing buildings utilizing all construction materials provides him with the robust set of skills and expertise required to provide exemplary analysis and design for all types of projects and building materials. As Principal, Michael oversees all phases of projects, from design development through construction.

Mark W. Otte, P.E., S.E.
Mark Otte, P.E., S.E. has been with R. O. Youker since 2004, and serves as Associate Principal.
His design experience includes new construction and renovations of commercial and institutional projects utilizing wood, steel, concrete and masonry building materials and historic preservation. Mark has experience working on projects from the programming stage through construction.

Robin Fowler, Drafting Technician
Robin began his career with R. O. Youker in 2019 as an intern while completing his AAS in Drafting and Design from Southeast Community College. Since transitioning to a full-time Drafting Technician, he has contributed to a wide variety of projects, from small residential projects to large-scale industrial facilities. Robin continues to grow both within the company and the drafting industry.
Jackson Ehlers, Intern
Jackson joined the R. O. Youker team in 2023 as an intern while pursuing his Engineering degree at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He is gaining hands-on experience in the field and is excited to apply his education to real-world projects as he continues to grow in his career.
Chris Niemann, Executive Assistant
Chris Niemann brings over 25 years of administrative experience to her role as Executive Assistant at R.O. Youker, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has been instrumental in managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
